Social Media Agency in Saudi Arabia: Content, Video and Community in Arabic and English

We plan, create and publish social content for brands across the Kingdom, and handle the comments and messages that follow. Arabic and English copy, short-form video and monthly reporting sit with one team.

Short answer

A social media agency in Saudi Arabia plans what a brand posts, produces the content, publishes it, answers the audience and reports on what it achieved. A good one also tells you which platforms are worth your time, because most businesses do better on two platforms done well than on five done thinly.

WASFA Digital is a Riyadh agency, and our Riyadh social media page covers working with us in the capital. This page is for brands elsewhere in the Kingdom, and for companies that sell nationally and need one team to run their accounts.

Which platform fits which goal

There is no single best platform. The right choice depends on who you sell to and what you want them to do.

What the monthly work includes

Scope varies by account, so we agree it in writing before we start. The work usually covers these parts.

Planning

A monthly calendar built around your offers, the seasons that matter in Saudi Arabia and the questions your customers ask.

Copy in Arabic and English

Posts and captions written for each language. Our Arabic content is written by in-house native Arabic writers, not translated.

Video and design

Short-form video, editing and graphics. Our graphic design team produces the static creative.

Community management

Replies to comments and messages in your brand's tone, with questions we cannot answer passed back to you.

Reporting

A monthly report on reach, engagement and the actions people took, such as messages, calls and website visits.

Paid support

When organic posts need a push, we run Meta ads and TikTok campaigns from the same plan.

How we plan a month of content

  1. Review the last 90 daysWe look at which posts earned replies, saves, shares and enquiries, and which only collected likes.
  2. Set one goal per platformFor example: messages on Instagram, product views from TikTok. Each post then has a job.
  3. Build around the calendarRamadan moves roughly eleven days earlier each year because it follows the Hijri calendar. Saudi Founding Day (22 February) and National Day (23 September) are fixed. We plan sales and content around the dates that matter to your customers.
  4. Produce in batchesFilming and writing in batches keeps quality steady and gives you time to approve content before it goes out.
  5. Publish, reply and adjustWe post, answer the audience and change the next two weeks based on what the numbers show.

Working with creators and influencers

Creator content can reach audiences a brand account cannot. In Saudi Arabia, paid promotion by individuals is regulated by the General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM), which has introduced advertising licensing for people who promote products on social media. The rules have changed since they were first announced in 2022, so confirm the current requirements with GCAM before you pay a creator, and ask to see their licence. Posts that are paid for must be labelled as advertising.

If influencer work is a big part of your plan, our influencer marketing team handles the selection and the paperwork checks.

What to check before you hire a social media agency

  • Who writes the Arabic? Ask for samples in the dialect and tone your customers use. Machine or literal translation shows quickly.
  • Who owns the accounts? Your business should be the owner and admin of every account and keep access if you leave.
  • What counts as success? Agree the measures before the work starts. Followers alone rarely pay a bill.
  • How fast do they answer the audience? Slow replies cost sales, so ask about response times and out-of-hours messages.
  • Who approves what? Agree a simple approval flow so posts do not stall for a week.

The same questions apply to any marketing partner. Our guide to choosing a digital marketing agency in Riyadh covers the wider checklist.

Questions

Can you manage accounts in both Arabic and English?

Yes. We write and publish in Arabic and English, and we plan which posts need both languages and which suit only one.

Do you work with brands outside Riyadh?

Yes. We work with businesses across Saudi Arabia from our Riyadh office. Filming that needs a local presence is planned case by case.

Which platforms should a new brand start with?

Pick the one or two where your customers already spend time and where you can post consistently. Add more once those are running well.

How do you measure results?

We report reach and engagement, but we focus on actions: messages, calls, store visits and website sessions. Set up tracking links so each action can be traced to a post.

Can social media run alongside SEO and ads?

Yes, and it works better that way. Social content can feed your SEO and paid campaigns with ideas that already proved popular.
